GEEKY-TYPE INFO ~ ~

Your mug will go through a "dye sublimation" process. The design will first be printed on heat resistant transfer paper, then that image will be embedded into the mug with a heat press. This makes for a high-quality, long-lasting, ass-kicking print. Your mug will be individually inspected by a living human being prior to shipping to check the print quality and positioning. Your mug will also be inspected for physical defects. It will be packed in a recyclable cardboard box with a folded insert that will stabilize and protect your mug during shipping.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my product arrives faulty or damaged?

In the highly unlikely and unfortunate instance that one of my products arrives faulty or damaged, you can send it back to me for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving it.

Your item must be 100 % unused, in the exact same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging.

If an item you've ordered does indeed arrive faulty or damaged, please contact me via the "contact" link on the front page of my Etsy shop to request a refund or replacement.

What if I change my mind after placing an order?

Orders placed through 503 T-shirts Plus are automatically sent to production and I am immediately charged by my production partner. Therefore, unfortunately, I cannot offer you a refund or make changes to your order if you change your mind after placing your order.

For products shipped outside of the USA...

The free shipping offer is for orders that are shipped to destinations within the USA. Shipping outside of the USA requires a small, additional charge ($2 - $4).

VAT (Value Added Tax) or other taxes as well as import, customs or other fees fees may be levied to customers outside of the USA. It is the responsibility of my international customers to research and pay any such taxes or fees.
